About the role

This role focuses majorly upon bringing Operational efficiency in Lifestyle supply chain. The profile involves working on multiple projects targeting loss reduction, seller experience and also improving customer trust & experience for FK Fashion. This is a P&L role and involves partnering with category finance team to achieve the bottomline savings. You will be part of the Central Supply & Inventory team in LS. The team is responsible for all end to end supply chain solutioning for LS BU and works closely with Ekart, MP & One Tech org to work for & deliver Fashion business & growth. Serve as the single point of contact for the Lifestyle Business Unit (LS BU), focusing on optimizing supply chain losses through initiatives such as improving reinvention yield, identifying new avenues for refurbishments, and managing Returns to Vendor (RTVs) processes. Oversee Marketplace (MP) operations related to returns, addressing Seller Performance (SPF) losses and concerns. Collaborate closely with MP product teams, Ekart Operations, and design teams to streamline existing processes and establish new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to alleviate seller challenges. Take ownership of the Goods-to-Network (G2N) charter for LS, with a major focus on improving the G2N percentage and resolving customer pain points in Return to Vendor (RVP) processes. Work extensively with central strategy teams to identify opportunities to enhance customer experience in the returns journey, catalog management, and collaborate on critical product developments and rollouts with the One Tech team. Collaborate with Ekart Operations and design teams to streamline returns processes and reduce liquidation losses for the Fulfilled by Flipkart (FBF) business. The role also involves working with Fashion Merchandising (FM) and central MP teams to identify and address gaps in MP processes, enhancing seller experience. Identify process gaps in RVP pickups and develop strategies or initiatives to enhance RVP smart checks, aiming to control and reduce customer and supply chain fraud. Take full ownership of fraud losses for the LS Business Unit, targeting a year-over-year reduction of 25–30%.
