Role: Clearance & Settlements – Backend Operations
Work Mode: Completely On-site
Working Days: 5 days working
Shift: Rotational shift
Job Location: Gurgaon
Role Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end trade settlement operations, including trade confirmation, matching, reconciliation, and reporting
- Manage clearing and settlement activities within defined TAT
- Work on trade lifecycle (T+1 / T+2) settlement processes
- Identify and resolve settlement breaks, mismatches, and exceptions
- Coordinate with internal teams such as middle office, back office, custodians, and brokers
- Ensure adherence to operational and regulatory guidelines
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 1+ Years of relevant experience in Clearance & Settlements / Trade Operations / Middle Office
- Strong understanding of trade lifecycle and settlement processes
- Hands-on experience in reconciliation and exception handling
- Capital market / securities operations exposure preferred

within a 20 km radius.
