Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Clearance and Settlement Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate processing of financial transactions, reviewing and verifying settlements, performing reconciliation tasks, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. You will work closely with financial teams to identify and address discrepancies and assist in optimizing settlement processes for improved efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills to identify and resolve discrepancies effectively
• Foundational knowledge in Finance and Financial Services with a focus on transaction processing and settlements
• Excellent Communication skills for coordinating with teams and stakeholders
• Basic understanding of Cybersecurity to manage sensitive financial data responsibly
• Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
