Role: Cloud Engineer

• Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, implement, and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure solutions using AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and VPC.
2. Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS CloudFormation or Terraform for automated deployment and configuration management.
3. Configure and optimize cloud security measures, including IAM policies, network security groups, and encryption protocols.
4. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines, incorporating containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
5. Monitor cloud infrastructure performance and costs using AWS CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and Cost Explorer.
6. Collaborate with development teams to integrate cloud services and maintain production environments.
7. Provide technical guidance and documentation for cloud infrastructure and deployment processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field with a minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in cloud computing and infrastructure management.
2. Demonstrated expertise in core AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, IAM, and Lambda, with experience in designing and implementing cloud-based solutions at scale.
3. Extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles and tools such as AWS CloudFormation or Terraform, including the ability to develop and maintain complex infrastructure templates.
4. Strong proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) and experience automating cloud infrastructure management tasks and deployment processes.
5. Proven experience implementing and managing containerization technologies, including Docker and Kubernetes in production environments.
6. Demonstrated expertise in implementing and managing CI/CD pipelines, including integration with version control systems and automated testing frameworks.
7. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills, with experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting technical solutions to stakeholders.
