Starting Salary: $30.28 per hour – Full salary range is: $30.28-$42.57 per hour

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 5-8 years of prior work experience in child support, financial services or in a government agency collecting fees in lieu of associate or bachelor’s degree;
- OR an Associate degree or Technical College Certificate and 1-3 years of prior work-related experience;
- OR Bachelor’s Degree
- Successfully complete a background investigation

DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The listed examples may not include all the duties performed by all positions in this class.
- Enforce court ordered child support obligations.
- Prepare legal pleadings, prepare court orders, provide necessary information to the County Attorney’s Office under the Expedited Process and file orders with the Court Administrator’s Office.
- Modify existing orders as requested or needed.
- Locate obligors for the purpose of establishing and/or enforcing support obligations.
- Maintain proper case records and an effective case management system.
- Other duties as assigned.
