Job Summary:
We are looking for creative and technically skilled professionals who can leverage AI tools such as Anthropic Claude to build, design, automate, and optimize digital solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a blend of coding expertise, design thinking, and AI-assisted workflow capabilities to create efficient and innovative outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
For Claude Coders:
- Develop, test, and maintain applications, websites, and automation workflows using AI-assisted development tools.
- Utilize Claude AI for coding support, debugging, documentation, and optimization.
- Work on frontend, backend, APIs, and integrations as per project requirements.
- Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and improve system performance.
- Maintain clean, secure, and well-documented code.
For Claude Designers:
- Create visually engaging UI/UX designs, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
- Use AI-assisted design workflows to enhance creativity and productivity.
- Design websites, dashboards, branding materials, and digital assets.
- Ensure responsive and user-friendly design standards.
- Collaborate with developers for seamless implementation of designs.
- Stay updated with current design trends, AI tools, and user experience practices.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of AI tools such as Claude AI and other generative AI platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a collaborative environment.
- Good communication and project coordination skills.
Technical Skills for Coders:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Node.js, Python, or related technologies.
- Understanding of APIs, databases, and version control systems.
- Experience with automation tools and AI-assisted coding environments.
Design Skills for Designers:
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
Qualification:
- Graduate/Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Design, Multimedia, or related field.
- Relevant experience in coding, designing, or AI-assisted development preferred.
