Claude Code Integration Expert (Trainer)
Role Summary
We’re looking for a hands-on AI Coding Expert to train our client's engineering team on integrating Claude Code into a live production workflow — not theory, but real implementation.
What You’ll Do
Conduct a live, hands-on workshop (minimal slides, maximum coding)
Show how to use Claude Code in real workflows:
- local dev → PR → CI/CD → production
- Demonstrate safe AI usage (guardrails, scope control, diff review)
- Train on serverless & event-driven systems (Lambda, SQS, SNS)
Run live exercises:
- Modify Lambda function
- Debug code
- Add API endpoint
Define clear team guidelines:
- Where to use AI
- Where NOT to use AI
What We Need
Strong experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code preferred)
Hands-on expertise in:
- Node.js / Python
- AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS)
- CI/CD + Bitbucket workflows
- Ability to teach with real code, not slides
Success = By the end, the team should:
- Confidently use Claude Code in real projects
- Follow safe AI coding practices
- Integrate AI into existing workflows without risk
