In this role, you'll drive sales for Classplus, an EdTech startup that equips educators with digital tools for the future. Classplus' platform simplifies tasks for coaching institutes and connects them with students nationwide. Roles and Responsibilities In this exciting role, you'll be essential in supporting Classplus business growth. Drive sales by generating leads and converting them into customers. Stay informed about the latest industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities and challenges. Work independently while collaborating effectively within a team to achieve organizational goals. Have a solid understanding of relevant computer programs like CRM software and telephone systems. Ensure zero cases of mis-selling or fraud in the sales processes. Eligibility Criteria Strong interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, are required for this role. Candidates must have good English/Hindi proficiency. Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Graduate Degree. The Sales Partners will need a working laptop with a stable internet connection, wired accessories (Headphones, Keyboard, and Mouse), and a quiet and comfortable workspace. Strive to attain 24 hours of weekly talk time, work for 9 hours daily, and maintain an 85% compliance score monthly. We seek a driven Telesales specialist with over 3 years of sales experience, ideally within a BPO setting.
