You're joining us at an exciting time, working directly with Polaris School of Technology (PST), a pioneering initiative by Classplus. PST is a cutting-edge tech school dedicated to shaping the next generation of tech talent in India. As part of this initiative, PST offers a unique 4-year Integrated B.Tech program in Computer Science, featuring a hands-on curriculum that immerses students in coding from day one. Our program operates from a corporate campus in Bengaluru's Wipro IT Park, positioning students right in the heart of India's tech scene. You'll guide students through real-world challenges, facilitating project-based learning and helping them develop the skills needed to become future tech leaders. We're thrilled to have you on board, contributing to both the growth of Classplus and the forward-thinking mission of PST! Responsibilities: • Organize and manage student-led events, clubs, hackathons, and workshops. • Develop structured engagement strategies to improve student participation. • Plan and execute fireside chats, community mixers, and campus-wide activities. • Work closely with student leaders to create a structured approach to student initiatives. • Track and measure event participation, feedback, and overall engagement impact. Requirements: • 1-1.5 years of experience in event planning or community-building roles. • Strong organizational and execution skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, student-centric environment. • Background in tech preferred but not mandatory. Success Metrics: • Increased student participation in events and club activities. • Successful execution of high-quality engagement programs.
