Job Overview:

Delhi Public School (DPS), Agra is seeking a passionate and qualified Class Teacher. The ideal candidate should be committed to creating an engaging and supportive learning environment, focusing on building strong academic foundations while nurturing the overall development of students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach students across core subjects as per the curriculum guidelines
• Develop and deliver structured lesson plans using interactive and activity-based learning methods
• Strengthen foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, and communication
• Conduct classroom activities, projects, and assignments to enhance conceptual understanding
• Foster critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills among students
• Monitor, evaluate, and document student progress regularly
• Provide individual attention and academic support where required
• Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and development
• Collaborate with colleagues and actively participate in school events and activities

Requirements:

• Graduate/Postgraduate
• B.Ed. is mandatory
• Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in primary classes (Grade 1–5)
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Passion for teaching and child development
• Basic knowledge of digital tools and smart classroom teaching
