Design and implement robust backend services for our conversational AI platform, focusing on reliability, scalability, and performance
Develop LLM-based chat and voice experiences, leveraging retrieval augmented generation, function calling, and prompt engineering
Extend communication and telephony infrastructure used to orchestrate AI phone calls, messages, and actions
Implement secure customer integrations with healthcare systems using GraphQL APIs, Restful APIs and RPA
Optimize monitoring, logging, and analytics systems to track system performance and improve AI capabilities

Our AI agents automate complex workflows end-to-end, freeing staff to focus on patient care. We are an in-person company based in New York.

Our clinician-led founding team combines healthcare operations expertise with technical excellence. Dr. Ryan Gallagher, our CEO, is a Stanford/Harvard-trained physician from the founding teams of Two Chairs and Ophelia (YC W20). Jeffrey Lamothe, our CTO, worked on voice AI at Amazon Alexa and led AI/ML projects at Salesforce and Citi's AI lab.
