Key responsibilities:
1. Work with customers to understand their needs and translate them into Clappia apps
2. Build and configure apps on Clappia using its no-code features
3. Assist with data manipulation and uploads, ensuring proper data structure in Clappia
4. Clean, format, and analyze customer data using Excel and Google Sheets before upload
5. Use SQL and database skills to manage and process customer data
6. Work with APIs to enable integrations when required
7. Provide customer support by guiding users in utilizing Clappia's features effectively
8. Collaborate with internal teams to document customer requirements and optimize workflows
