Overview of the Role

Seeking a Senior Software Test Lead to manage testing processes for web and mobile apps, focusing on automation and team leadership.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years in software testing, 3+ years in test automation (Selenium, Java).
• Leadership and team management experience with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome DevTools.
• Deep knowledge of web/mobile frameworks and cross-platform testing.
• MCA, B.E./B. Tech., BSc (IT/CS), or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and automation strategies with test managers.
• Lead teams, set quality standards, monitor testing & identifying and resolving defects.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve issues, implement test automation to enhance testing efficiency.
• Report project progress to management.
