About the role

Requirements

1. Minimum 1 year of work experience in operations

2. Proven experience in an administrative or recruitment role

3. Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Docs

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of English

5. Should have their Laptop/PC with Internet

6. Candidates from Mumbai are preferred

7. Should be available to join immediately

 

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers

2. Maintain candidate databases and tracking systems using Google Sheets and Google Docs

3. Filter and shortlist candidates based on predefined criteria and qualifications

4. Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted efficiently and professionally

5. Assist in creating job postings and managing listings on various recruitment platforms

6. Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition team as needed
