Requirements
- 5+ years of blockchain development experience
- Proven Web3 experience – worked at a top-tier Web3 company (Polygon, Coinbase, Binance, Solana, etc.) or successfully delivered contractor/freelance projects
- Active GitHub profile with contributions, repositories, and real project experience
- Deployed live blockchain applications with transaction volume
- Expertise in Rust/Solana or Solidity (EVM)
- Experience with Node.js or Python (Flask, FastAPI) for backend services
- Familiarity with prompt engineering tools (GPT, Cursor, etc.)
- Strong understanding of blockchain security, DeFi, and on-chain data structures
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy smart contracts on EVM or Solana
- Build decentralized applications (dApps) that scale efficiently
- Contribute to FactCheck, integrating Web3 protocols
- Work on on-chain AI models for trading and analytics
- Optimize gas fees, transaction speed, and security
- Maintain an active GitHub with open-source contributions
- Stay updated with blockchain, DeFi, and AI trends
