Backend Developer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Backend Engineer to join our founding engineering team. As a founding engineer, you will have a critical role in shaping the technical direction of our products and significantly impacting the company's growth. This role requires a strong focus on backend development while also contributing to the frontend.
 

Requirements:

2-3 years of hands-on experience with Python - Django for Backend development.

Strong focus on Python and backend technologies.

Experience with RPA, Deepgram, voice-to-text / text-to-voice.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.

Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and clients.

Past experience with automation frameworks like selenium is a bonus
 

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Python and Django.

Own projects from inception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.

Implement and optimise workflows using AI and RPA tools to create efficient and scalable solutions.

Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions aligned with their business goals whenever required. 

Contribute to the overall product development strategy and provide technical guidance to the team.

Identify and solve technical challenges, continuously improving our products
