Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Patna for a Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities also include documenting interactions, providing relevant information about insurance products, and collaborating with internal teams to address client needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to manage documentation effectively
- Familiarity with basic insurance-related concepts is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
