Post - Claims Processor - Fire Insurance (Domestic Claims)
Location : Marine Lines
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the end-to-end claims process across Fire, Property and Jewellery lines of business.
- Collaborate effectively with Surveyors and Insurance Companies to ensure fair and timely claim settlements.
- Provide training, mentoring, and technical guidance to the claims department staff.
- Ensure accuracy, professionalism, and clarity in all claim-related documentation and communication.
- Draft and review claim documents with strong English writing skills.
- Drive performance within the team with an aggressive, result-oriented approach while maintaining a collaborative environment.
- Uphold and contribute to creating a WOW factor in the Claims Department through efficient service delivery.
- Apply accounting knowledge, where required, to support claim evaluations and settlements.
