Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee the end-to-end claims process across Fire, Property and Jewellery lines of business.
• Collaborate effectively with Surveyors and Insurance Companies to ensure fair and timely claim settlements.
• Provide training, mentoring, and technical guidance to the claims department staff.
• Ensure accuracy, professionalism, and clarity in all claim-related documentation and communication.
• Draft and review claim documents with strong English writing skills.
• Drive performance within the team with an aggressive, result-oriented approach while maintaining a collaborative environment.
• Uphold and contribute to creating a WOW factor in the Claims Department through efficient service delivery.
• Apply accounting knowledge, where required, to support claim evaluations and settlements.
