Role Description
As a full-time Claims Processor based in Bengaluru, you will manage the end-to-end claims adjudication process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Responsibilities include verifying and processing insurance claims, liaising between Providers and Payers, addressing customer queries, and maintaining compliance with industry regulations. This is an on-site role requiring attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Claims Processing and Claims Management
- Knowledge of Insurance processes and standards
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in using claims management software and tools
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with health insurance policies and procedures is a plus
- Relevant work experience or a degree in a related field is preferred
