Job Description – Manager, Claims Operations (Property & Casualty)
Location: Pune / Bangalore
Work Mode: 100% Work from Office
Shift Timing: US Shifts (5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Offs – Subject to Business Requirements)

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager – Claims Operations (Property & Casualty) to lead large-scale P&C claims operations within a global delivery environment. This leadership role requires strong operational governance, people management expertise, and the ability to drive performance excellence in high-volume insurance operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage large teams handling end-to-end Property & Casualty (P&C) claims operations.
• Drive operational metrics including Attrition Control, Shrinkage, SLA Adherence, Productivity, and Quality.
• Ensure service excellence, operational compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Manage escalations and maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead performance management, coaching, mentoring, and capability development initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimization, and operational efficiency programs.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
• 12+ years of overall professional experience.
• 4–5 years of experience managing Property & Casualty Claims Operations.
• Currently designated as a Manager or a tenured Deputy Manager.
• Mandatory experience within MNC Insurance organizations.
• Span of control: Minimum 100+ FTEs.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven experience managing operational KPIs and team performance governance.
