🔔 We’re Hiring | Head – Claims Engineering (Health Insurance) 🔔
As part of our continued commitment to operational excellence and customer trust, we are seeking a seasoned Head – Claims Engineering to lead claims transformation for a large, established Health Insurance organization in India.
This role sits at the intersection of claims operations, technology, data, and regulatory governance, and will play a pivotal role in scaling efficient, compliant, and customer-centric claims experiences across the enterprise.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end health claims strategy, delivery, and performance across large-scale operations
• Drive claims digitization, automation, AI/ML adoption, and workflow optimization at enterprise scale
• Strengthen claims governance, controls, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance
• Improve turnaround times, accuracy, cost metrics, and provider coordination
• Collaborate with underwriting, product, actuarial, IT, analytics, and provider management teams
• Build, develop, and lead high-performing claims and engineering leadership teams
🔹 Ideal Profile
• Extensive leadership experience in Health Insurance claims within large insurers or regulated environments
• Proven expertise in claims transformation, operational scaling, and technology-led process improvement
• Strong understanding of India’s health insurance regulations, provider landscape, and claims complexity
• Ability to balance innovation with stability, risk management, and compliance
• Experience managing large teams and complex, multi-location operations
