Role Description
This is an on-site internship role located in Bengaluru for a Claims Assistant. The Claims Assistant will support the processing and management of claims, coordinate with insurance providers, and ensure efficient resolution of customer inquiries. Daily responsibilities include verifying claims documents, maintaining accurate records, communicating with relevant stakeholders, and delivering excellent customer service to address claims-related concerns efficiently and professionally.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Claims Processing and Claims Management
- Understanding of Insurance processes and terminology
- Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills
- Attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with claims management software is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Relevant academic background or prior experience in insurance or healthcare domains is advantageous
