Role Description

The Claim Surveyor - Motor Claims is a full-time position based on-site in Nagpur. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and assessing motor vehicles to evaluate damages and estimate repair costs. This includes creating detailed survey reports, supporting claims settlement procedures, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of claims.

We are also open for Remote working for candidates who can speak multipal language's (Specially South Indian)

Qualifications

• Understanding of motor vehicle mechanics, repair processes, and automotive damage assessment
• Proficiency in conducting damage analysis and generating cost estimates
• Strong communication and reporting skills for creating clear and accurate survey documentation
• Attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach
• Basic proficiency with computer tools and software relevant to claims processing
• Knowledge of insurance claims processes, industry standards, and regulatory compliance
• Ability to work independently in an on-site environment with occasional fieldwork
• Prior experience as a Claim Surveyor or automotive appraiser is a plus
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel locally
• Diploma or degree in Automobile Engineering or a related field is preferred
