Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Claim Specialist, located in Pune(Near Talegaon Dabhade, Maval). The Claim Specialist will be responsible for managing MediClaim processes, handling insurance claims, analyzing claim data, and ensuring accuracy in documentation. Daily tasks will include collaborating with clients, coordinating with insurers, communicating updates, and resolving issues to provide efficient claim processing support.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Claims Management and Claims Handling
- Strong Analytical Skills to manage and review claim details
- Knowledge of Insurance processes and regulations
- Excellent Communication skills for interaction with clients and insurers
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple tasks with efficiency
- Prior experience in claims or insurance will be an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
