Job Summary:
We are hiring for one of our reputed clients in the Insurance/Claims Investigation sector for the position of Manager – Claim Investigations. The ideal candidate should possess strong medico-legal knowledge and experience in investigating health, personal accident, and death claims.
This role requires expertise in claim investigation, fraud risk assessment, stakeholder coordination, and report preparation to ensure timely closure of cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct investigations related to health insurance, personal accident, and death claims.
- Perform detailed medico-legal assessments and claim verification.
- Coordinate with internal teams, field investigators, and stakeholders for claim allocation and execution.
- Prepare investigation reports and ensure timely claim closure.
- Support fraud risk identification and claim authenticity verification.
- Maintain high-quality documentation and compliance standards.
- Ensure claims are processed within defined timelines.
Required Qualifications:
Candidates with any of the following educational backgrounds are preferred:
- BAMS / BHMS / BUMS / B. Pharma / B.P.T / D. Pharma / M.Sc / B.Sc (Bio) or related streams.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in claim investigations, medico-legal claims, or insurance fraud risk control.
- Prior experience in the Fraud Risk Control Division of an insurance company or a claim investigation agency will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of health insurance claims, personal accident claims, and death claim investigations.
- Good command of English communication (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in computer applications and report preparation.
- Strong coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
