We transform fleets and facilities into high-impact marketing assets that drive visibility and growth.<br><br> </div><div><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></div><div>• Prospect and acquire new B2B accounts within a 60-mile territory<br> • Expand into regional and national markets over time<br> • Conduct onsite visits, fleet assessments, and discovery meetings<br> • Drive outbound outreach and respond quickly to inbound leads<br> • Build relationships with business owners, operations managers, and decision-makers<br> • Present and sell vehicle wraps, signage, and branded environment solutions<br> • Prepare proposals in collaboration with Design, Production, and Install teams<br> • Manage your pipeline from first contact through signed agreement<br> • Maintain CRM accuracy and provide weekly pipeline updates<br> • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to build territory presence<br> • Track activity metrics, conversion rates, and closed revenue<br><br> </div><div>This is a field-driven position. Expect to visit job sites, walk yards, inspect fleets, and meet decision-makers face-to-face.<br><br> </div><div><strong><u>Required Skills & Qualifications</u></strong></div><div>• 3+ years of proven B2B outside sales experience<br> • Demonstrated success closing new business<br> • Strong prospecting and cold outreach skills<br> • High level of self-motivation and accountability<br> • Confident communicator with business owners and executives<br> • Organized with disciplined pipeline management habits<br> • CRM proficiency required<br> • Experience in commercial services, fleet, construction, equipment, signage, or related industries is a plus<br> • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree<br><br> </div><div><strong><u>Physical Requirements</u></strong></div><div>• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time within the NY Metro area<br> • Ability to stand for presentations and occasionally lift sample materials<br><br> </div><div><strong><u>Compensation</u></strong></div><div>• Base Salary: $55,000–$70,000 (based on experience)<br> • Uncapped Commission<br> • Performance Accelerators for exceeding targets<br> • On-Target Earnings: $130,000–$180,000+<br> • Top performers have significant upside beyond OTE<br><br> </div><div>Compensation is performance-driven.
