Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civilian Security Guard based in Ahmedabad. The Civilian Security Guard will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment by monitoring premises, performing routine patrols, ensuring personnel and property safety, and managing access control. The guard will interact professionally with clients, staff, and visitors to address security concerns, de-escalate conflicts if necessary, and address emergencies promptly. The role also involves reporting and documenting security incidents in detail.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills to communicate effectively and resolve conflicts with clients, visitors, and team members.
• Experience in physical security practices and private or personnel security measures to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized access.
• Familiarity with standard security protocols and the use of security equipment and tools is highly desirable.
• Excellent observational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to act decisively in critical situations.
• Relevant certifications or licenses for security work are preferred.
• Ability to stand and patrol for extended periods as required by the role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in security or related fields is advantageous.
