About the Role
Levenus Promaxx Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a passionate and experienced Civil Trainer (Teacher) to strengthen the technical capabilities of our workforce. The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of civil engineering concepts and the ability to deliver engaging training sessions for engineers, site staff, and other technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct technical training programs for employees across different departments.
- Deliver classroom and practical training on building construction, site execution, quality control, and safety practices.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, manuals, and assessment modules.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training programs.
- Keep training content updated with current construction standards and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure effective technical skill development.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in Civil Engineering Training, Teaching, or Technical Instruction.
- Strong knowledge of building construction, RCC, finishing works, quality control, and site execution.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Ability to simplify technical concepts into practical learning.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of construction safety standards and quality management.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate and guide trainees.
