Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Academic Counselor located at our office in Bengaluru. The Academic Counselor will assist students through effective counseling, helping them make informed decisions about their academic and career paths. Responsibilities include providing guidance on course selection, addressing academic concerns, offering career counseling, and maintaining strong communication with students and parents. The role also involves advising students on educational opportunities and maintaining detailed records of interactions to support their progress.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
- Excellent Communication skills and ability to build rapport with students and parents
- Experience in Academic Advising and a deep understanding of educational systems and programs
- Background in Education, with relevant qualifications in Counseling, Psychology, or related fields
- Empathy, problem-solving skills, and the ability to cater to diverse student needs
- Proven organizational and record-keeping skills
