Role Description The Civil Supervisor role at TATA PROJECTS LIMITED is a full-time position based in the Pune Division, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows for some work-from-home flexibility depending on project needs. On a day-to-day basis, the Civil Supervisor will oversee civil construction activities at project sites, ensuring that work is executed according to drawings, specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. Responsibilities include coordinating site teams and subcontractors, monitoring progress against schedules, conducting inspections, and resolving on-site issues in collaboration with project engineers and managers. The role also involves maintaining accurate site documentation, reporting project status, and supporting adherence to regulatory and company guidelines. The Civil Supervisor will be expected to foster clear communication among stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement in site practices.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and demonstrated experience in Site Supervision and On-Site civil construction management.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Quality Control, including monitoring workmanship, materials, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with site teams, contractors, consultants, and internal project stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of civil engineering practices, construction methods, and relevant codes and standards.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in reading technical drawings and using basic project documentation and reporting tools.
- Candidates should possess a diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, and prior experience in infrastructure or building projects is highly beneficial.
