Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Supervisor based in Jewar. The Civil Supervisor will oversee and manage daily on-site operations, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and coordinate with site personnel to achieve project goals. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, conducting quality control checks, adhering to project timelines, and maintaining effective communication with team members and stakeholders. The role requires a hands-on approach to ensure successful project execution within defined budgets and schedules.
Qualifications
- Experience in Supervisory Skills and Site Supervision to manage and guide construction teams effectively.
- Proficiency in On-site operations and Quality Control to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards.
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and clients effectively.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic on-site conditions and resolve challenges efficiently.
- Familiarity with construction safety regulations and protocols.
- Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a similar role at a construction or infrastructure company is advantageous.
