Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Supervisor located in Surat. The Civil Supervisor will oversee day-to-day site activities, manage and supervise construction projects, and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards. The role involves monitoring work progress, providing direction to on-site teams, conducting quality control inspections, and ensuring effective communication among stakeholders. Additionally, the Civil Supervisor will coordinate with contractors and ensure project timelines are met.
Qualifications
- Supervisory and Site Supervision skills to effectively manage and lead on-site operations.
- Expertise in Quality Control to ensure compliance with safety and design standards.
- Experience in On-Site project management and the ability to resolve issues promptly during construction.
- Strong Communication skills to coordinate with team members, contractors, and project stakeholders.
- Proficiency in reading and implementing construction plans and blueprints.
- Ability to manage resources efficiently and meet project deadlines under pressure.
- Relevant educational qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience in the construction field is highly desirable.
