Civil & Structural Resident Technical OfficerBecafull-timeRequired skillscivil engineeringcommunication skillsAbout the role Beca Website: beca.com Job details: Job DescriptionAssist Job Manager to attend to technical and design issues at site and report issues to Job ManagerProvide standing supervision as and when directed by the Consultant team.Check through construction drawings and highlight any discrepancies found between or within the same disciplines prior to the commencement of installation works.Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approve drawings and specifications.Ensure adequate safety precautions are enforced on site.Resolve all site issues and ensure timely completion of the project.Attend site meetings, site inspections, testing and commissioning.Maintain site records.Estimated commencement of work in June 2026Job RequirementsITE certificate / Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution.Accredited with IES-ACES Joint Accreditation Committee (JAC) with valid RTO Practising CertificateMinimum 5 years’ working experience as a Resident Technical Officer.Preferably with experiences in healthcare projects.Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills.
