Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Structural Engineer role based in Gurugram. The Civil Structural Engineer will be responsible for designing and reviewing structural systems for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, ensuring safety, stability, and compliance with relevant codes and standards. Day-to-day tasks include performing structural analysis, preparing design calculations and drawings, coordinating with architects, project managers, and site teams, and resolving structural issues during construction. The role involves conducting site inspections, monitoring construction quality, supporting value engineering initiatives, and contributing to project planning and scheduling. The Civil Structural Engineer will also assist in preparing technical documentation, reports, and approvals required by clients, consultants, and authorities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design for building and infrastructure projects.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Structural Engineering and Structural Analysis to develop safe and efficient structural solutions.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills to coordinate stakeholders, monitor progress, and support timely project delivery.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline) from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in structural design and analysis software (e.g., STAAD, ETABS, SAP2000) and CAD tools.
- Good understanding of Indian and international building codes, standards, and construction practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
- Previous experience in high-rise, large-scale, or complex finishing projects is an added advantage.
