Job SummaryWe are looking for a qualified Structural Engineer (Civil) to design, analyze, and oversee structural components of residential, commercial, and interior construction projects. The role involves ensuring structural safety, compliance with building codes, and coordination with architects, project managers, and site teams.
Key Responsibilities- Design and analyze structural systems including foundations, beams, columns, slabs, and load-bearing elements.
- Prepare structural drawings, calculations, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers, project managers, and contractors.
- Review construction drawings and BOQs for structural accuracy.
- Conduct site inspections to verify structural work quality and adherence to design.
- Evaluate materials, loads, stresses, and structural integrity.
- Provide technical guidance to site engineers and project teams.
- Support value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising safety.
- Assist in structural approvals and documentation required for authorities.
Required Skills- Strong knowledge of structural analysis and design principles.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAFE, or similar structural design software.
- Knowledge of IS codes and building regulations.
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
Qualifications- B.E / B.Tech / M.Tech in Civil Engineering (Structural preferred).
- Professional certification or specialization in Structural Engineering is an advantage.
Experience- 5–8 years of experience in structural design and execution.
- Experience in residential, commercial, or interior construction projects is preferred.
