Technical Knowledge
Candidates should have strong working knowledge of:
- RCC and Steel Structure Analysis & Design
- Manual Method of Structural Analysis (MMS)
- Structural calculations and design documentation
- Design Basis Reports (DBR)
- Design Criteria Documents
- Structural detailing coordination
Applicable Design Codes
Hands-on experience with the following standards:
- IS 456
- IS 800
- IS 875
- IS 1893
- ASCE 7
- Other relevant Indian/International structural design codes will be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis and design of RCC and steel structures using STAAD.Pro and RCDC.
- Prepare and review structural calculations, Design Basis Reports (DBR), and Design Criteria documents.
- Design foundations, industrial structures, buildings, equipment foundations, and steel framing.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable Indian and international codes and standards.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams including Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Project Engineering.
- Review structural drawings and provide technical guidance during design development.
- Optimize structural designs for safety, constructability, and cost efficiency.
- Support engineering teams during project execution and resolve technical design issues.
- Participate in design reviews, technical discussions, and client meetings as required.
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and timely completion of engineering deliverables.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Must be a Structural Engineer with hands-on experience in structural analysis and design.
- Proficient in STAAD.Pro and RCDC.
- Strong knowledge of RCC and steel structural design.
- Experience preparing and reviewing structural calculations, DBRs, and design criteria documents.
- Familiarity with IS codes and ASCE standards.
- Experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, Industrial, EPC, or related sectors is preferred, though candidates from other industries with relevant structural design experience are also encouraged to apply.
