Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hyderabad for a Civil Site Supervisor/Engineer. The role involves overseeing site operations, monitoring construction activities, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and managing on-site teams effectively. The individual will also coordinate with other project teams and communicate progress and updates to stakeholders regularly. Attention to detail and hands-on supervision are essential to ensure project timelines and quality outcomes are met.
Qualifications
- Site Supervision and On-Site management experience
- Strong Quality Control and attention to detail skills
- Effective Supervisory Skills and team management capabilities
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
- Knowledge of safety standards and compliance in construction
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in managing large-scale civil projects is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
