Role Description
We are seeking a Civil Site Supervisor for a full-time, on-site position located in Sriperumbudur. The Civil Site Supervisor will oversee daily site operations, ensure compliance with project schedules and safety regulations, and coordinate with engineers, contractors, and site workers. Responsibilities include supervising construction activities, verifying material quality, managing resources, maintaining records, and resolving on-site challenges. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring high standards of quality and timely project completion.
Qualifications
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading blueprints, site layout, and using level and survey tools.
- Management Skills: Experience in coordinating with contractors, supervising teams, and managing resources effectively.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with civil construction processes, safety regulations, and quality assurance standards.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong capability to identify and address on-site challenges promptly and effectively.
- Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate with teams, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Additional Requirements: Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering preferred, prior experience in site supervision in similar projects, and a commitment to ensuring project deliverables meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
