Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and responsible Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day construction activities at project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth site operations, supervise labour and subcontractors, maintain quality standards, and ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and ensure work is executed as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily site operations.
- Manage labour teams and coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and report daily work updates.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout project execution.
- Enforce all safety procedures and site regulations.
- Monitor material usage and coordinate material requirements.
- Maintain site records, daily progress reports (DPR), and documentation.
- Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and management.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues promptly.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and discipline at the construction site.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (Preferred).
- Candidates with relevant construction experience are also encouraged to apply.
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in construction site supervision.
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of construction methods and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Good leadership and manpower management skills.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, and reporting).
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.

Working Schedule
- Full-Time
- Six working days per week
- Site working hours as per project requirements.
