Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Site Execution Engineer - Residential, based in Sonipat. The role involves overseeing and coordinating all on-ground construction activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, quality control, and timely execution of residential projects. The engineer will review and interpret blueprints, manage subcontractors, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects and project managers. Additional responsibilities include maintaining construction schedules, resolving design issues, and ensuring efficient resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in site supervision, project execution, and construction management
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, safety regulations, and compliance requirements in civil construction
- Solid organizational and problem-solving skills for project planning and troubleshooting
- Excellent communication and coordination skills for interacting with project stakeholders
- Familiarity with construction tools, materials, and project management software
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Experience managing residential construction projects is a strong advantage
- Min 2 years of experience of working as Civil Engineer
Salary : upto 40k PM depends on experience
