Job Description
Royallinks is looking for a Senior Site Engineer with experience in residential and commercial construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day site activities, coordinating with teams, and ensuring project execution as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and company standards.
- Coordinate with architects, project managers, contractors, and workers.
- Monitor quality of materials, workmanship, and safety practices on site.
- Maintain daily site reports, work progress reports, and material consumption records.
- Plan and manage labour allocation and site productivity.
- Check levels, measurements, and alignment before execution of work.
- Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Coordinate with procurement team for material requirements and delivery.
- Identify site issues and provide practical solutions during execution.
Requirements
- Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 3 – 6 years of experience in residential and commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of site execution, drawings, and construction methods.
- Ability to manage labour and subcontractors efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and construction documentation is an added advantage.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in villa, apartment, and commercial building construction.
- Ability to handle multiple site activities simultaneously.
- Strong coordination and reporting skills.
