Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Civil Site Engineer located in Lucknow. The Civil Site Engineer is responsible for supervising on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, reviewing structural engineering plans, and coordinating with teams to maintain project timelines. The role also involves conducting site inspections, resolving on-site issues, reporting progress, and maintaining communication with contractors and stakeholders to ensure project success.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in on-site construction supervision and project execution
- Proficiency in structural engineering concepts and practices
- Knowledge of quality control standards and procedures in civil engineering projects
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with teams, contractors, and stakeholders
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Familiarity with using project management tools or software is an advantage
- Ability to analyze and resolve on-site construction issues effectively
- Previous experience in infrastructure projects is a plus
