Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Site Engineer to manage and supervise on-
site construction activities. The candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within
budget, and according to design specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities.
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards
Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, and subcontractors
Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control
Manage materials, labor, and equipment at the site
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site
Check and verify measurements for billing and contractor payments
Maintain proper site documentation (RFI, BOQ, DPR, etc.)
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
2–5 years of experience in construction site supervision (can adjust based on
requirement)
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD (preferred)
Good communication and leadership skills
