Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Purchase Executive located in Bengaluru. The Civil Purchase Executive will manage procurement processes, including purchase order creation, vendor coordination, and procurement of necessary goods and services. Responsibilities include processing purchase requisitions, negotiating with suppliers, maintaining records, and ensuring timely delivery of materials. The role requires collaboration with internal teams, budget management, and adherence to organizational procurement policies.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in handling Purchase Orders, Purchase Requisitions, and Purchase Management.
- Strong skills in Procurement, with the ability to negotiate and collaborate effectively with suppliers and vendors.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, for interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational ability and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience in civil or healthcare-related procurement is an advantage.
- Knowledge of vendor management systems and procurement software tools is a plus.
