Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Civil Project Lead. The role involves overseeing the planning and execution of civil projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and timelines. Responsibilities include coordinating with teams, managing budgets and resources, developing project schedules, and ensuring all work meets quality and regulatory requirements. The Civil Project Lead will act as a key point of contact for stakeholders and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in project management, planning, and scheduling
- Strong understanding of safety standards, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance in civil projects
- Experience in resource allocation, budgeting, and cost management
- Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and liaising with stakeholders
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Familiarity with project management tools and technologies
- Experience in construction safety practices and certifications is a plus
