Key duties include monitoring on-site progress, enforcing quality standards and safety protocols, managing subcontractors, and interpreting engineering designs for implementation. Guru Guru 5 Core Roles and Responsibilities: Project Planning & Scheduling: Creating detailed construction schedules, forecasting timelines, and monitoring progress to ensure deadlines are met. Site Management & Supervision: Overseeing on-site construction activities, supervising workers, and ensuring daily operations align with project plans. Technical Compliance & Quality Control: Ensuring all work complies with blueprints, technical specifications, legal requirements, and building codes. Budget & Cost Control: Developing project budgets, tracking expenses, and controlling costs to avoid overruns. Stakeholder Coordination: Acting as a liaison between clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors to facilitate smooth communication and decision-making. Documentation & Reporting: Preparing progress reports, maintaining project documentation, and conducting site inspections. Risk Management: Proactively identifying potential site hazards or design issues and implementing corrective actions. Guru Guru 8 Typical Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Knowledge of CAD and project management software. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
