Role Description
You will be responsible for execution, coordination, and monitoring of all civil works at site, ensuring timely completion, quality compliance, and adherence to safety standards for a high-rise commercial project in BKC, Mumbai.
Experience
- 10+ years in high-rise building construction
- Must have handled commercial or mixed-use projects
- Experience in Mumbai region projects preferred (BMC approvals exposure)

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in civil design software tools and applications
o AutoCAD
o MS Excel / Project
o Basic ERP systems
- Strong knowledge of RCC, high-rise construction techniques
- Understanding of DCPR, IOD/CC compliance (Mumbai region)
- Experience in basement construction, excavation, and dewatering
- Familiarity with formwork systems (Aluform/Jump form)
