Project Site Engineer – PEB & Civil Construction
Location: Near Devanahalli, Bengaluru
Experience: 3–5 Years
Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer / Site Engineer with hands-on experience in PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings) and Civil Construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong on-site execution skills, good technical knowledge, and the ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, vendors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site execution and construction activities for PEB and civil works.
- Supervise civil construction, structural works, foundations, RCC, masonry, flooring, and related activities.
- Coordinate and monitor PEB erection, structural installation, and fabrication-related works.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and construction documents.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project teams.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure construction activities are completed within the planned timelines.
- Identify and resolve site-level technical and execution issues.
- Maintain daily progress reports, site records, measurements, and project documentation.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and site execution standards.
- Coordinate material requirements and ensure timely availability at site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and report progress/issues to the Project Manager.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in PEB and/or civil construction projects.
- Strong hands-on experience in site execution and project coordination.
- Good understanding of civil construction and structural/PEB works.
- Ability to read and interpret civil, structural, and architectural drawings.
- Experience coordinating with contractors and multiple site stakeholders.
- Good knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and site practices.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at a project site near Devanahalli, Bengaluru.
- Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
Qualification
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a relevant qualification.
