Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Planning Engineer role based in Ghaziabad. The Civil Planning Engineer will prepare and monitor project schedules, resource plans, and work breakdown structures for specialized construction projects. Responsibilities include coordinating with project managers and site engineers, tracking progress against timelines, and updating stakeholders on milestones, risks, and corrective actions. The role involves supporting production planning, reviewing drawings and technical specifications, and ensuring alignment of site activities with project plans and client requirements. The Civil Planning Engineer will also assist in project control documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement of planning processes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Planning and Production Planning skills for civil and specialized construction projects.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Project Control capabilities for monitoring progress, costs, and timelines.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordination with internal teams, clients, and contractors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and MS Office.
- Knowledge of construction methodologies, scheduling concepts, and quantity estimation.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in large infrastructure, corporate, or specialized construction projects is an advantage.
