Part of the century-old Chowgule enterprise, the company specializes in commercial ship repairs, defense ship maintenance for the Indian Coast Guard and Navy, rig repairs, and EPC construction projects. Positioned in Lavgan, Ratnagiri, the shipyard is equipped for services such as dry docking, refitting, conversion, fabrication, and load-out operations, serving the marine and defense industries with expertise and reliability.

Role Description : Key role in PEB & Civil Projects,

This role is responsible for coordination all on-site PEB construction & Mechanical works activities in alignment with project delivery schedule/activities to assure cost-effective execution of project deliverables in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards, schedule, and safety requirement.

Conduct quality checks and inspections during installation, ensuring compliance with project specifications, safety, and quality standards.

Interface with civil, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC teams to resolve clashes and ensure coordination

Practical Experience in utilities selection and construction .

Ability to independently handle projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience in PEB & Civil Projects,
• Ability to manage and conduct Training sessions for workforce skill development
• Background working in or familiarity with Food & Beverage operations is advantageous
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills for managing maintenance tasks
• Relevant certifications or training in maintenance, operations, or related technical disciplines
